July is just about done and that means the kids will be heading back to school soon. Teachers are wondering where the summer break went I am sure! We're updating the event calendar daily with back-to-school events from New Iberia to Morgan City, so if you are looking for an opportunity to get supplies for your kids, make sure to check the event calendar for local events.
Our 2025 Back to School Guide, a subscriber-first release, went out in our weekly newsletter Thursday evening. We've got the information parents need to know on back-to-school events, supply drives, registration information, homework hep and other quick links and more in one handy spot. The guide is designed so it can be used all year long, so be sure to bookmark it so you can come back to it whenever necessary over the upcoming school year.

I constantly see post on social media from parents looking for resources and I want them to know ... that's what I am here for! 1. 14th Annual Bayou BBQ Bash - Morgan City

The 14th Annual BBQ Bash is back in Morgan City this July! The event includes live music, a car show, arts & crafts vendors, food trucks, and plenty of BBQ, all happening under the Hwy 90 bridge in Morgan City. Free.
2. Candy Bar Bingo at The Main Cup - Loreauville
