May is around the corner ... and we would love to highlight the small businesses, Mompreneurs, and local stores in New Iberia, Franklin, Morgan City, Breaux Bridge, and Abbeville, and other communities in our area this month.
We are creating a local guide that will feature the small businesses in our community and we would love to have yours added to our list!
May is a huge month for celebrations, from Teacher's Appreciation Week to Mother's Day, and we want to make sure to give our small businesses a shout out this May!

No matter what business you are in, whether it is brick and mortar business, home-based, or in the direct sales industry we are accepting entries for our Macaroni KID New Iberia Community Gift Guide. National Small Business Week is celebrated during the first week of May, but we are here to celebrate and support our local small businesses all year long.
Here's what you'll get:
- The guide will be listed on our home page for the month of May and June. That means all the folks looking for one of a kind gifts for Mother's Day, First Communions, Father's Day, and graduations will have your business info on hand.
- The guide will also go out in our weekly newsletters for the month and your business will be listed for the rest 2023 under our Business Directory at no additional charge.
- Macaroni KID New Iberia will also do social media shares during the month of May to promote the guide on all of our channels.
- Your business name and links to websites and/or social channels will be featured in the guide for interested customers to easily find you.
Here are the details you need to know:
- To be listed in our guide, simply fill out this form with the pertinent information we need to highlight your business.
- Brick and mortar businesses will be a one time fee of $44.00 to be listed. Must complete form and payment before May 7th, 2023. After that date, the fee for brick and mortar businesses to be listed will increase to $88.00.
- Direct Sales / Home-based businesses will be a one time fee of $24.00 to be listed. Must complete form and payment before May 7th, 2023. After that date, the fee for direct sales or home-based businesses to be listed will increase to $44.00.
- Once we receive and review your completed form, we will contact you regarding payment details and to verify any other information we may need.
- Payment must be received before any media or advertising promotion can be listed.
- Businesses, no matter if brick and mortar or home-based must reside in the following parishes to be listed in our guide:
- Iberia Parish
- St. Martin Parish
- Vermilion Parish
- St. Mary Parish
But wait... there's more! We would like to give a gift to our customers too!
Not only is it the Publisher's birthday this May but Macaroni KID New Iberia is celebrating our two year anniversary this May!
To celebrate, one business from our paid guide entries will be selected at random to have a Sponsored Feature Article created and shared on our website and social media channels in June at no additional charge!
