Macaroni KID New Iberia has partnered with PASA (Performing Arts Serving Acadiana) to giveaway a family pack of 4 tickets ($140 value) to the upcoming presentation of Mutts Gone Nuts! at The Heymann Center in Lafayette on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 7:00 pm.

Mutts Gone Nuts! will open the PASA season on Thursday, October 5, 2023 complete with a cast of talented dogs that makes this a fun event for all. With nine of the world’s most talented four-legged performers and their humans, Mutts Gone Nuts! is an uproariously funny, comedy dog spectacular!
The all-star lineup includes a two-time World Champion Frisbee dog, a hilarious six-pound Pomeranian Pikachu mix, and a host of previously discarded dogs that will dance, prance, flip, and skip their way through this family-friendly show.
The show runs about 75 minutes and was created by veteran comedy team Scott and Joan Houghton, who performed their duo act ‘Jessie & James’ on variety stages from Tokyo to Las Vegas. In 2014, the Houghtons' joined forces with some of the country’s top dog trainers, world class family entertainer Hilby, and eight adorable pound puppies to create an action-packed, comedy dog spectacular.
Mutts Gone Nuts’ dogs were adopted from shelters or rescues. Sometimes, the very behavior that drove the previous owner to relinquish the dog becomes the dog’s star quality. Mutts Gone Nuts’ trainers use ‘positive’ force-free training methods. They look for the dog’s natural talents by getting to know their individual personalities.
