Children around Acadiana are wrapping up the last days of summer fun and will be heading back to school in August. School supplies, fees, and other expenses can add up quickly for parents at this time of year. This is when the community steps up and gives back to help.
Musson Patout Automotive Group is collecting school supplies for local students in Iberia and Vermilion parishes now through July 31, 2025 and they are looking to the community for support. Donations of pencils, crayons, notebooks, and other school supply items are needed to help students start the 2025-2026 school year.

The donations will be given to United Way of Acadiana and the Junior Auxiliary of Vermilion to be distributed in their backpack giveaways as part of the Stuff the Bus campaign that happens every year around the Acadiana area.
You can drop off supplies at the following locations from July 24, 2025 through July 31, 2025 during normal business hours at one of these locations:
- Musson Patout GMC , 214 W. Hwy 90 in New Iberia
- Musson Patout Ford, 1201 US-167 in Abbeville
