Description
In collaboration with the Back to School Supply Drive and to celebrate National Health Center Week, the St. Martinville CHC will be holding a patient appreciation day and Community Health Fair.
Attendees will enjoy live music, door prizes, giveaways, food, games and activities for the kids and more. There will also be other community partners in attendance to provide resources and information as well as free health screenings.
