Enjoy this two day festival in Parks for a cracklin good time!
The Parks Cracklin Cookoff is an annual favorite in St. Martin Parish taking place this April at Cecile Rousseau Poche Memorial Park in Parks. Teams will compete in cook-off as visitors taste the goodies. There will be live music, auction, craft and vendor booths, and activities for the kids.
