Time listed is for Street Fair and Carnival Rides. A clear bag policy will be STRICTLY enforced. Metal detector screening at all entry points into the festival grounds. No wagons/outside drinks.Description
The Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival is back in beautiful downtown New Iberia this September with plenty of events planned over the 3 day weekend to keep you and your family entertained all weekend long. This year the festival is celebrating its 82nd year of production in Iberia Parish. Participate and enjoy events like the 5K run, Blessing of the Crops, a Coronation Ball, the Fais Do Do, a Street Fair, parades and much more. Times and ticket prices for events will vary.

Live music during the festival will take place at the Steamboat Pavilion on Main Street. Entry is $20.00 per person per day, cash only. Children 10 and under are free. Performances are scheduled as follows:

Street Fair Information
The Street Fair and Carnival Rides will be located at Bouligny Plaza in downtown New Iberia. Ride tickets are $1.50 each, cash only accepted. Please note, some rides may require multiple tickets. Times are as follows for the Street Fair and Carnival Rides:
- Friday, September 26, 2025, 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
- Saturday, September 27, 2025, 10:00 am - 11:00 pm
- Sunday, September 28, 2025, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Free to walk grounds. Some events, like the Fais Do Do will require a paid ticket.How
