This week we are also spilling all the details on the first-ever Cajun Country Para Con that happened last Saturday at The Sliman Theatre in downtown New Iberia. The day was filled with fun, networking, and learning about all things paranormal. The Main Street area was packed last Saturday, our bars and restaurants were filled, and it was a beautiful day to enjoy the community around Bayou Teche. Be sure to read all about my experience and our guest. We can't wait to work with the team from Louisiana Spirits for next year!

1. Louisiana Lao New Year Festival - Wat Thammarattanaram Budhist Temple - Coteau

Celebrate the Year of the Dragon at the annual Louisiana Lao New Year Festival in Iberia Parish on the Wat Thammarattanaram in Lanexang Village (Coteau, Iberia Parish). General Admission is free enter the festival. Enjoy watching the traditional Lao celebrations of dance, live music, a parade, and plenty of local and traditional Lao food. The public is invited to attend to participate in the fun during the celebrations and tour the temple grounds when open.
2. Easter Egg Hunt at Palmetto Island State Park - Abbeville

The Friends of Palmetto Island State Park are inviting you to bring the kids to the Easter Egg Hunt at Palmetto Island State Park in Abbeville. The event will take place in the playground area near the splashpad and along the kid's trail. Free to participate but regular park admission fees apply.
3. Zerbini Family Circus - SugArena in New Iberia

The Zerbini Family Circus is back this year making the rounds throughout Acadiana. Enjoy a taste of big top, family-fun in New Iberia from March 27, 2024 until March 30, 2024. 4. Easter Egg Hunt @ St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church - Breaux Bridge
