It's finally here! We are officially in full swing for carnival season fun from New Iberia to Morgan City. 

While the rest of the country is preparing for winter, Cajuns are getting ready for king cakes, marching bands, chicken runs, and PLENTY of local parades and other fun, family events all around Acadiana! We have the details for local parades and events happening this year from New Iberia to Morgan City and some of the surrounding areas for you and your family to enjoy this Mardi Gras season. The New Iberia Decorated Community is hosting a best decorations contest this carnival season in New Iberia to celebrate the Mardi Gras season. The contest is for zip codes 70563 and 70560 only. The deadline to enter is Wednesday, February 7, 2024.
